Dear badminton players,
Only one week to go before we start a new badminton season!
The first Tuesday playing evening will be on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, and the first Friday playing evening will be on Friday, 21 August 2026.
PLAYING LOCATIONS AND TIMES
Tuesday: 20:00 – 22:30
- Playing time on Tuesdays has been extended by 30 minutes and applies to both halls.
- Until the end of October, we will play in the Green Hall (to the right of the entrance) at Sporthal Diemen.
- From the end of October, we will move to the White Hall (to the left of the entrance) when outdoor sports resume use of the sports hall.
Friday: 19:30 – 23:00
- We will play in the Green Hall throughout the season.
MEMBERSHIP FEE SEASON 2026–2027
To keep the club financially healthy and ensure all necessary payments can be made on time, we kindly request that you pay your membership fee no later than 1 September 2026.
Please note: without payment of the membership fee, you cannot make use of your membership. In that case, the walk-in guest rate will apply.
The membership fees for the 2026–2027 season are:
- €150 for adult members
- €90 for youth recreational members (under 18 years old on 1 August 2026)
- Walk-in guest fee: €7 on both Tuesday and Friday evenings. In case of high attendance, the court coordinator may decide not to accept additional walk-in guest players.
- When registering a third family member, you will receive a 50% discount on the lowest membership fee within the family.
- If you introduce a new member, you will receive a discount equal to 10% of that member’s fee on your own membership fee for the following season. Please ask for the conditions.
PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES
We request that you transfer the contribution to ING account number with IBAN “NL16 INGB 0003447209” in the name of: “Badminton Vereniging Diemen”. Please include your name with the payment.
